Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe

For each product, we indicate when it can typically be expected to ship, means leaving our premises. These indications are not binding; times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to make sure you have an item delivered by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Transit (the time in between dispatch at our end and delivery at yours) depends on several factors, usually none of which we have control of, including those chosen by you, such as carrier and destination. If the carrier provides it, we will give you – in our "shipped" email notification to you and in the order details here on-line – a web address where you can track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

Within Singapore

Typically, transit takes 2–3 business days. Delays may be possible due to the current Covid-19 situation.

In urgent cases: Same-day delivery
For items in stock and fully paid for before 14:00 (2:00pm), we can offer express same day delivery with an additional cost of $18 which will be delivered to your doorstep the same day.

Within Singapore

We do not deliver to addresses in Jurong Island, Sentosa or any protected place requiring special clearance such as, but not limited to, military bases, free-trade zones, or similar.

Pick-up/self-collection

Please note:

Under the Singapore Government's current "Circuit Breaker" measures and in your best interest, we are suspending pick-up/self-collection until further notice.

If you are a provider of essential services and exempt from Circuit Breaker measures we may be offering you self-collection from lockers located at our office building – in exceptional, urgent cases and if

  • you chose the respective shipping/delivery option in the checkout,
  • the order has been paid in full,
  • you have contacted us, proven your exemption, and we have approved and confirmed,
  • the goods are available and fit into the locker, and
  • a locker is free and available.

If you are not exempt, or we cannot provide a locker for other reasons mentioned above, we will deliver the goods per postal service or courier of our choice to your shipping address at no charge.
